Both, in that order. Day 1 isn't there to make you feel good for a weekend. It's there so the business work on Day 2 actually gets done.
I'm not comfortable with emotional work. Should I come?
What's asked of you is honesty with yourself. How much you share with the room is up to you. If you can be honest for 2 days, you're the right person for this room.
What if my business is still early?
